On the whole of us are so busy, you take food on the run, fast food places instead of taking time for healthy meals. The kids are so busy with after school activities and tasks that do not have time for healthy eating. It can be very hard when a family where everyone has to be in a different place at a different time, to provide good food.

We all want to be healthy, but often simply do not make the time. Being so busy we feel and need, and makes us feel good. But can you imagine what it would feel if the whole family gathered, and cooked a healthy meal a week? If you start with a meal, and enjoy it then it is easy to do it again and again.

Get the family together and have a gathering and discuss how each feels about having a healthy meal cooked a week, where everyone gathers at the dinner table. It is not just about food, it’s also about time for communication, the opportunity to meet and be a family.

Be sure to buy fresh vegetables and meat, and cooked from scratch. Only you can make a very healthy food when you know exactly what is in it. Even the youngest children can help set the table and can stack the dishwasher. Time is something you can not pay for to buy more time with family and is very important.
